Stenography
Our resident stenographer, Theressa, has over 20 years' experience working as a stenographer in New Zealand, Asia, Australia and the Pacific. She covers all aspects of stenography work, eg: court hearings, arbitrations, Commissions of Inquiry, disciplinary proceedings, American Depositions.
When working on contemporaneous or overnight turnaround jobs we sometimes also use a scopist or editor who assists our stenographer to edit the raw transcript as a hearing proceeds.
We are set up to be able to undertake our services using remote means, eg via Zoom, MS Teams or another platform.
Verbatim recording of proceedings
We provide a range of verbatim recording services to cover hearings of any type with turnaround times to suit your needs. We can cover any situation where a verbatim record of proceedings is required.Contact us today for a quote.
Caseviewnet
By using the free Caseviewnet app/download on your laptops or iPads, or over the internet browser, we can connect our stenographer's software so that you can view the raw transcript as a proceeding is recorded live. We will provide you with the connection details and password to access this.
Captioning
We can provide live captioning services to the hearing impaired so that their participation in meetings and workshops is enhanced.
This service is also available remotely, and we use Caseviewnet as opposed to the captioning function offered by such platforms as Zoom.
