Privacy of Information

TMS Transcription often acquires access to confidential and personal information during the course of undertaking work for its clients.  

TMS uses any information of this nature only for the purpose of completing the job TMS has been contracted to do, and this information is deleted once each job is completed.

All of the TMS staff and any subcontractors hired by TMS are subject to TMS' comprehensive Confidentiality Agreement, a copy of which can be obtained on request from our Privacy Officer.
